Ingredients
Skimmed Milk Powder, 2 tbspOat Bran, 2 tbspSplenda, 2 tbspMilk, semi-skimmed, 4/5 cup
Directions
Mix everything in a pot and stir continuously until it starts to boil. Keep stirring until you reach the desired thickness.
Skimmed milk powder is a tolarated food in the Dukan Diet. Use accordingly.
