Ingredients
Green Mung - 1 cupRed Tomato - Medium cut in piecesGinger Root paste - 1 tspGarlic Paste - 1 tspOil (Vegetable or Olive oil) - 3 tbspCumin Seeds - 1 tspTurmeric powder - 1 tspChili powder - 1 tspcurry powder - 2 -3 tspSalt and brown sugar - according to tasteCoriander Leaves for Garnishing
Directions
First of all soak Green Mung for 30 minute
then boil it on pressure cooker

Add 2 -3 tbsp oil in pen
then add ginger & garlic (paste)
then add add tomatoes ( cut in pieces)

let it stir for 1 or 2 minute
then add turmeric powder & chili powder
and then add water

add boiled mung in a pen and stir it till everything get together.

Add Salt and Brown Sugar according to your preference

Garnish with Coriander leaves
