Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz) Beans, red kidney, 1 cup Peas and carrots, canned, 1 cup Potato, raw, 2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Yogurt, plain, whole milk, 1 cup (8 fl oz) Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 2 tbspGarlic, 2 clove,mincedLemon Juice, 1 lemon yields Salt, 2 tbspPepper, black, 2 tbsp
-peel the potatoes,cube them and boil in salted water for 30 min or until done.
-mix all the veggies in a large glass bowl.
-mix the garlic,mayo,lemon juice,yogurt,salt & pepper.
-put the cooked potato on the mixed veggies and pour the dressing on top & mix them very well.
-leave for 30-40 min before serving.
