2 - Red Ripe Tomatoes2- Cucumber (peeled) 1cup - Feta Cheese, 1 cup, crumbled 6tbsp - *Kraft Fat Free Italian Salad Dressing, 2cans - Chickpeas (garbanzo beans),1container - Fresh & Easy Southwestern Salsa
Directions
** put 2 cans of garbanzo beans in a bowl

** dice 2 tomatoes & 2 cucumbers add in

** crumple 1cup feta cheese into bowl

** add 6 tbsp Kraft Fat Free Italian Salad Dressing ( I stop at Subway and buy 4 packets of their dressing 25 calories each and mix when I eat .25C ea)
