Steel Cut Oats with Dried Cranberries

Ingredients
1/3 steel cut oats2/3 c waterpinch salt1/8 c walnuts1/8 c sweetend dried cranberries1/3 c nonfat milk
Directions
Place oats and water in a pan and cook until most of the water is absorbed 5-8 minutes. Do not stir. You will break the oats and they will become mushy. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook an additional 5-8 minutes.
