Ingredients
2 eggs, (or more if you want)About a tablespoon of Reduced Fat Sour CreamAnd A tablespoon of Salsa (of your choice)About a Tablespoon, or less or a little more depending on your taste, of Cheese.
Directions
Cook the eggs however you prefer. While im at work, i prefer to cook them in the microwave, one at a time. heat the tortilla till its soft, spread the sour cream and salsa to taste. Add the egg, and cheese. Salt and pepper or seasoning. and eat it. YUM.
