Cajun chicken vegetable soup

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 1.5 breast, bone and skin removed Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 cup, chopped Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)Canned Tomatoes, 1 can Tomato Sauce, 1 can*Better than Boullion Chicken Base, 3 tsp *Brown Rice short grain Lundberg 1/3C Uncooked, Water, tap, 4 cup
Directions
Sprinkle chicken with Emeril's Essence and bake 20-30 min. Chop cooked chicken, peppers, onions, celery and brown in soup pot with a splash of oil. Add remaining ingredients and cook 45 min - 1 hour until rice is cooked.
