Albanian Yogurt dip

Ingredients
1 large container low fat or fat free yogurt 2 garlic cloves 1 medium cucumber1 tbsp olive oilsalt to taste
Directions
Grade peeled cucumber and garlic into large bowel. Add yogurt. Stir in olive oil and then salt to taste. The taste improves with time. Feel free to add more olive oil.
Use on top of potatoes or with pita chips. I eat it like a snack!
Makes 4 servings.
