Homemade Raw Cashew Milk

Ingredients
150g raw cashews (196g after soaking)4 cups water plus soaking water
Directions
Soak cashews in enough water to cover for about 4 hours.Drain and rinse. Weigh the cashews for starting weight.

Add soaked cashews to blender with 4 cups of filtered water. Blend at high speed for about 1 minute. Strain liquid through a nutmilk bag. Weigh dry nutmeal for ending weight.

Place in a sealed container and store for about 3-4 days.

** Calculation of cashews is determined from subtracting ending weight from starting weights.
