Grilled Marinated Flank Steak

Ingredients
3 LB Flank Steak1/2 CUP Red Wine1/2 CUP Soy Sauce2 TBSP Emeril's Creole Seasoning2 TBSP Minced Garlic2 TBSP Brown Sugar (packed)1 TBSP Tomato Paste1 TBSP Ground Black Pepper
Directions
In a sealable plastic bag, place all of the ingredients except the flank steak. Combine well. Put flank steak into the plastic bag and marinate in the refrigerator 4 to 12 hours. Remove from bag. Grill to desired doneness.
