Chicken Curry w/Trader Joe's True Thai Vegetable Green Curry

Ingredients
3 Chicken thighs, boneless & skinless1 large onion, chopped1 bag of precut baby bella mushrooms from TJoes1/2 bag of frozen Soycutash, TJoes1 can on True Thai Vegetable Green Curry from TJoes1 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil1 tbsp Butter
Directions
Use precut mushrooms and chop onions. Saute onions and mushrooms in oil and butter. Put in bowl. Add chicken to pan and sauté. Add soycutash and curry sauce. Simmer for 5-8 minutes. Add chicken mixture to mushrooms and onions and serve!
