Creamed Spinach/Mushroom soup

Ingredients
Spinach - about 16 oz fresh or 10 oz frozenMushrooms - about 16 oz. fresh - slicedOnion - med size, chopped2 cans Chicken BrothHalf & Half - 3 cupsFlour - 1/4 cupButter - 3 tbsp.Oil - 1 tbsp.
Directions
Cook fresh spinach in chicken broth. Sauté onion and mushrooms in oil until soft. Drain spinach, onion, mushroom, saving all broths. Put cooked spinach/mushroom/onion into food processor for about 2 min. Return all to saved broth.
Melt butter, add flour, slowly add Half & Half. Cook on low until slightly thickened - about 5 min. Add to spinach/mushroom broth, and cook additional 10 min. Season to taste. Makes 8 -10 one cup servings.
