Ashley's Beer Chili

Ingredients
2 lbs. ground beef2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce1 (16 oz.) can pinto beans2 tbsp. chili powder1 tsp. oregano1/2 C fresh chopped garlic1 tsp. salt (to taste)1 tsp. cayenne pepper or less1 (16 oz.) can peeled tomatoes1 (12 oz.) can favorite beer1 sm. onion, chopped1 bell pepper
Directions
Cook ground beef in frying pan and drain liquid. Mix beef in large pot with tomato sauce, pinto beans, garlic, bell pepper and chopped up can of peeled tomatoes. Add chili powder, oregano, your miller lite or. Salt lightly to taste and add 1 small onion and 1/2 cup of fresh chopped garlic. Simmer for 10 minutes and then carefully add cayenne pepper. One teaspoon will be quite hot so you may want to try just a little, but if you like a kick feel free to try a little more! Stir pepper in slowly and cook another 20 minutes.

I always add crackers and cheese and sometimes sour cream, but those items are not included in this calorie count.
