Simple Crawfish Etoufee

1 package crawfish (tail meat 85 gram)1.5 cups Newman's Own Marinara Sauce1 Yellow Bell Pepper1 cup Celery diced1 med yellow onion, 1/4 cup Celantro, fresh chopped 1 Etoufee Season mix
Finely cut all your vegatables. Saute the veggie mix on low heat until the onions are almost transparent. Once finish set a side. Follow the instructions for the Etoufee Season mix. While the sauce is cooking, add 1.5 cups of Newman's Own Marinara sauce. Mix well. Let it come to a boil on medium-low heat. Stir often because it will become lumpy or burn. Add the crawfish tail and sauted veggie mix. Let that simmer for about 5-6 minutes.
When you serve your plate you will add the celantro over the Crawfish etoufee
