Chicken with mushrooms and rice

1 lb of lean Chicken meat1 cup rice250 g Mushrooms (baby bella or similar)1/2 Onion1 Tbsp Oil1 Chicken bouillon (from a cube)SaltPepperPaprikaSavory
Boil the bite-size cut chicken and the chicken bouillon cube.
In the mean time, saute the onions and add the rice. Stir for 1-2 minutes and add the bouillon water from the chicken.
Boil until the rice is fully cooked (add more water if necessary). Season the rice with salt and pepper and move it to a baking tray.
Layer the chicken on top and sprinkle with paprika.
In the same pan, add the oil and the sliced mushrooms and season with salt and savory. Once cooked, layer them over the chicken.
Put the tray in a preheated to 475F oven and bake for 5-10 min.
