Yogurt Wheat bran Corn Muffins

Ingredients
-3/4 cup pulsed quick cooking oats(oat flour)-1/4 cup wheat bran-1 cup corn meal-1 tbsp brown sugar-1 tsp Baking Soda-1/4 tsp salt-2 eggs, beaten-plain, non-fat greek yogurt-1 cup corn kernels
Directions
1. preheat oven at 400 F(200 C)
2. stir together dry then stir in beaten eggs and yogurt
3. pour into muffin tins
4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes

Serving Size: 12 muffins or 8 by 8 inch loaf
