Turkey & Rice Soup

Ingredients
5 Celery Stalks Chopped1 Onion ChoppedHome made turkey broth (boil bones in water for 30 min or longer)8 tsp of Knorr Chicken Bouillon2 cup Dry Split peas (washed)1 cup Delrose Exquisite Blend Rice (washed)Approx 200 grams leftover cooked turkey breast cubed
Directions
Chop veggies
Put spit peas and rice in colander and wash under running water
Incorporate chopped veggies, split peas and cubed turkey in home made turkey broth with approx 24 cups of water, add Knorr chicken broth to taste add herbs to taste if you like ( I like a pinch of oregano and a dash of onion powder)
