Leanne's Rice N' Beans

Ingredients
1 tbsp. Olive Oil1 large Onion1 packet of Sazon (Goya)1 c. Sofrito3 c. water1.3 c. rice
Directions
Simmer together the oil, onion, sazon, sofrito and beans. You can add adobo seasoning as well, but this adds sodium. Add water in and bring it to a boil. Add rice and cook until rice is tender and water is absorbed. You can easily add in corn, hot peppers, olives or any other veggie.
