wild rice barley and arame salad

Ingredients
1/2 cup hulled barley1 cup wild rice3 1/2 cups waterpinch of sea salt1 cup dried arame3/4 cup roasted cashews, coarsely chopped4 scallions, chopped1/4 cup diced roasted red pepper1/4 cu toasted sesame seeds3 tablespoons toasted sesame oil1 tbsp tanari1 1/2 tsp apple cider vinager
Directions
cook barley and rice and then mix. Soak arame for 10 minutes. Combine with roasted red pepper. In a small bowl, whisk together sesame oil, tamari and vinegar. Poor over grains. Add scallions and cashews right before eating to prevent sogginess.
