Ingredients
1/2 cup Regular Instant Oatmeal1 cup of water1/2 small banana2 tsp reduced fat Jiffy peanut butter
Directions

Measure out oatmeal, add water and sprinkle diced bananas on top. Microwave for 1 min and when it comes out of the microwave stir in peanut butter and enjoy a little piece of heaven that is excellent brain food to get you moving in no time at all!
