Healthy Harvest Lasagna

Ingredients
Healthy Harvest Lasagna Noodles (1/2 box), 1 serving *Sauce, Hunts, Cheese & Garlic, Spaghetti Sauce, 3 cup Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk, 1.75 cup *Frigo Fresh Shredded Parmesean Cheese, 1.25 cup Parsley, .25 cup Eggland's Best Large Egg, 2 serving *cheddar cheese - shredded - fat free (Kraft) (1/4 cup), 4 serving *Ground Beef 93% Lean, 16 oz
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Brown beef. Add spaghetti sauce and 1.5 cups of water. Simmer for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, mix ricotta, parmesean, 1/2 of cheddar, 2 eggs, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper, and parsley. Pour about 1 cup of sauce into casserole dish. Add 3 noodles. Top with 1/2 of sauce. Top with half of cheese mixture. Repeat. (Leave a little sauce for top.) Add remaining 3 noodles. Top with sauce and remainder of cheddar cheese. Cover with foil. Bake for 45 minutes. Uncover. Bake an additional 10 minutes.
