Healthy Oatmeal Quick Bread

Ingredients
-2 cups oatmeal-3/4 cups of oatmeal w/ 1/4 cup of buckwheat( or 2 cups of whole wheat flour)- 4 tsp Baking powder-1/4 tsp salt-2 tbsp honey( generous) ( lightly oil measuring utensil so that the honey slips right off)- less than 2 cups of nonfat plain yogurt- add just enough almond milk so that the dough can be combined
Directions
1. preheat oven at 450 F( 230 C)
2. combine honey and yogurt and then add combined dry ingredients
3. add enough milk to form dough
4. form into two loaves and place on a baking tray that is covered with parchment paper( wet the baking tray before placing on paper so that it sticks)
5. cut a cross on each loaf for appearance purposes and sprinkle wheat bran over the loaves
6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes( until a toothpick comes out cleanly from the middle

Serving Size: 2 medium loaves( about 6 slices each)
