Curried Butternut Squash with Apples Soup

1 Large Butternut Squash3 Medium Apples1 Large Onion6 Sachets of Chicken Bovril 6 cups Water1 tbsp prepared Chopped Garlic1 tbsp Curry Powder1/4 tsp Nutmeg1/4 tsp Black Pepper1 tbsp Olive Oil
Heat olive oil in large dutch oven
Sweat onions with spices until translucent in pot
add in apples and squash and stir cooking for approx 5 minutes.
Mix Bovril with water and add to pot.
Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes or until apples and squash is tender.
Take off heat and use an immersion blender to puree.
Serving Size: Makes 10 1.5 cup servings
