Ginger Chicken & Greens

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 ounces (remove)Kale, 2 cup, chopped (remove)Onions, raw, .25 large (remove)*Brown Rice, medium grain, .25 cup (remove)Garlic, 1 clove (remove)Ginger Root, 2 tsp (remove)Braggs Amino Acid, 2 tsp (remove)Chili Pepper Flakes
Directions
Saute onions, garlic and ginger in water. Add kale, cooked chicken, and rice (and maybe some more water). Simmer till all is hot. Add Bragg's and chili pepper flakes.
