1 Tbsp Jello Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Pudding Mix powder - Cheescake or Vanilla flavored1/2 cup Pumpkin, canned1/2 cup Plain soy milk1/4 tsp Stevia Powder1 1/2 - 2 cups ice
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy! Also great if you add some protein powder.
