Asparagus and Mushroom Quiche

Ingredients
1 container egg subsitute- approx 1.5 c4 slices reduced fat turkey bacon, diced.5 c nonfat sour cream.5 c nonfat milk.5 c reduced fat cheese3 8" tortillas1 c chopped, par cooked asparagus.5 c chopped fresh mushrooms
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Spray a pie plate with nonstick spray. Line the pie plate with the tortillas, overlapping to form a crust that is high enough on the sides to stick out over the top of the pie plate.
In a bowl, mix together remaining ingredients.
Pour into crust, put in oven and bake 50 minutes.
4 large servings, 8 smaller servings. (for 8 servings divide nutritional info in half).
Great to make ahead!
