Yet Another Crock Pot Chili Recipe

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef4 oz. mushrooms, sliced1 can red kidney beans2 cans diced tomatoes with chilis1 medium red onion, diced1 large green pepper, diced4 cloves garlic, chopped1 tbsp. chili powderHot sauce, to taste1 tsp. seasoned salt1 tsp. ground black pepper1 cup beef stock
Directions
Brown the beef in a large skillet, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks. Drain, then place in the bottom of your slow cooker.

Brown the mushrooms in the skillet, then add to the slow cooker.

Layer all other ingredients on top, in the order listed. Cook on low for 7 hours.
