Curry Tofu dish

Ingredients
Tofu, firm, 1 block (trader joes extra protein tofu)*Canola Oil, 1 tbspCurry powder, 2 tbsp Broccoli, frozen, .5 package *Baked Potato, with skin, 1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) choppedNutmeg, ground, 1 tbsp Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp Garlic, .5 tsp Soy Milk, 2 fl oz Truvia Natural Sweetener, 1 serving Salt, 1 dash *Corriander, 1 tsp
Directions
Add canola oil to pan and saute frozen broccoli first, then cut up protein tofu block and add to pan.

Heat potato in microwave for 6 minutes, and chop into cubes when finished.

Add potato to tofu mixure and add all spices to pan along with soy milk. Add truvia, and extra curry powder as needed/wanted.
