1 pkg. yellow cake mix2 eggs1 stick butter1- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese2 eggs2 cups powdered sugar
Beat together eggs, butter & cake mix. Spread in greased 13 x 9 pan. Beat together eggs & cream cheese. Slowly beat in powdered sugar. Pour on top of cake mix. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350.
