Healthy Potato-Carrot Soup

Ingredients
10 cups potatoes,diced1/4 tsp sea salt1/2 cup onions, minced3 cups fat free less sodium chicken broth1 98% fat free Cream of Chicken condensed soup (10.5 oz can)1 cup baby carrots, sliced 1 tsp black pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients into slow cooker adding carrots last in crock pot. Let reach boil then simmer for 2 -2.5 hours. Good & healthy meal for rainy nights and/or cold days.
