Wendy's Chili

Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef29 oz. tomato sauce29 oz. kidney beans29 oz. pinto beans (with liquid)1 cup diced onions1/2 cup diced green pepper1/4 cup diced celery3 medium tomatoes2-3 tsp cumin powder1.5 tsp black pepper2 tsp salt2 cups water
Directions
1. Brown the ground beef and a skillet over medium heat.
2. Drain off the fat.
3. In a large pot, combine the beef plus all the remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer over low heat.
4. Cook, stirring every 15 minutes for 2-3 hours.
