Flatbread (pocketless pita) - by Kontos, 1 servingMozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 1.5 ozBarbeque Sauce, .25 cupCanned Chicken, .5 can (5 oz)
-Turn the oven on to 'Broil'.
-Spray one side of flatbread lightly with cooking spray
-Broil flatbread for 2mins, then remove from oven
-Mix half the BBQ sauce with the canned chicken, break up with a fork.
-Spread the other half of the BBQ sauce on the broiled flatbread, then layer chicken mixture and top with cheese.
-Broil another 2-4 minutes, or until chees is bubbly.
