Salmon Dip or Spread

Ingredients
1-3/4 oz baked salmon1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese(just curds)2 tbsp low fat sour cream1 tbsp low fat mayonnaise1/2 diced shallot1/8 tsp celery salt and pepper to tasteOptional: few drop of hot sauce
Directions
Combined everything in food processor,until creamy. Makes 3/4 cup.
Maybe used as a spread for bagels or for vegetable dip.
