Slow Cooker Creamy Steel Cut Oatmeal with Apples and Cinnamon

Ingredients
2 medium whole apples (Gala, Granny Smith, MacIntosh - you pick!)1/2 cup dry Steel Cut Oats (I use McCann's)1 cup Vanilla Soymilk1 cup 2% Milk1 cup water1 T Ground Cinnamon
Directions
Core and peel apples and cut into 1/4-inch slices or chunks (your preference). Discard peelings and cores.

Place apples and all other ingredients in your rice cooker and cook for 20-30 mins on high heat, stirring occasionally. Divide into two servings and enjoy!
