Jenna's Easy Chicken and Dumplings

1 lb Chicken Breast, raw1 can of Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup 1 can of Low Sodium Chicken Broth1 1/2 soup cans of water2 stalks of chopped celery1 cup of sliced/chopped carrots1 small onion chopped1 clove of garlic minced1 small can of Biscuits, plain or buttermilk, 5 biscuitsSalt and pepper to taste
Spray slow cooker with Pam. Cut chicken breasts into bite-size pieces and place in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Dice up onion, carrots, celery and mince the garlic. Add the veggies to cooker along with the soup, broth and 1 1/2 soup cans of water. Stir everything together.
Cook on high for about 7-8 hours. Two hours before serving, cut biscuits into quarters and mix with soup mixture.
