Buffalo Chicken Tenders

Cooking Spray1.25 lb chicken breasts or chicken tenders, cut into 16 strips1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp paprika1 tsp minced garlic2 tsp canola oil2 Tbsp Frank's Original Red Hot Sauce1/2 cup FF blue cheese dressing4 medium celery stalks, cut into 4 sticks each
Coat large nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat.
Season chicken with salt & paprika. Add chicken to skillet and cook, turning occasionally, until lightly browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Add canola oil and garlic; reduce heat to low, stir and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Stir in Frank's red hot sauce and cook until warmed through, about 1 minute.
Serve chicken with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.
