Homemade Gluten-Free Granola

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups gluten-free oats1/2 cup flax meal1/2 cup slivered or chopped almonds1/3 cup apple juice concentrate1/4 cup honeydash cinnamon
Directions
Mix oats, flax meal, cinnamon and almonds in a large bowl. In a small bowl mix together apple juice concentrate and honey. Pour liquid onto oats mixture and mix until oats are coated. Place mixture onto large cookie sheet (with side walls/edges), spreading evenly.
Bake for 45 minutes at 300 degrees, stirring every 15 minutes.

Serving Size:  Makes 4 1/2 cups granola or 18 1/4 cup servings.
