Paleo "Creamy" Chicken Tomato Crockpot Soup

1 lb Chicken Breast (can be frozen)Garlic salt to taste2 tbsp Italian Seasoning1 tbsp dried basil1 clove garlic1 14oz can coconut milk (full fat)1 14oz can diced tomatoes and juice1 cup chicken brothSea Salt and pepper to taste
Put all the ingredients into the crock-pot, cook for 9 hours on low. After 9 hours take two forks and shred the chicken, set the crock-pot on warm until ready to serve.
