Apple Upside-Down Cake

2/3 cup flour1/3 cup Splenda1-1/2 tsp baking powder1 oz butter1/4 cup 2% milk1 egg small4 cups sliced fresh apple1 tsp cinnamon
Mix all dry ingredients together, cut butter in flour
mixture.
Add liquid and beat lightly.
Spray baking dish with cooking spray.
Add apples sprinkled with a little Splenda and cinnamon powder.
Pour batter over evenly.
Bake at 350*F or 325*F in convection oven for 40 to 50 minutes or until golden.
