Coconut, almond and dark chocolate bars

4 cups of old fashioned oats1tbsp of honey1cup of shredded coconut1/2 cup of 60% dark chocolate chips2oz of almonds1/2 cup of sunflower seeds 2 1/2 cups of tap water-or- for high protein bars1cup of liquid egg whites1 and 1/2 cup of water
Mix all dry ingredients first, following the water and honey. Water is best if used at room temperature.
Using your hands mix everything together creating a humid thick paste. Spray your baking pan with cooking spray and pour the mixture. Spread the mixture and bake for 15-25min at 350*or until mixture is dry and the sides are light golden brown.
