Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
3/4 cup coconut flour1/2 cup coconut oil1/3 cup maple syrup1 teaspoon molasses2 teaspoons vanilla1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Line two cookie sheets with baking parchment paper.

Place all ingredients except chocolate chips in a food processor and mix thoroughly. Then pulse in the chocolate chips until well distributed.

Drop 24 small mounds on the prepared cookie sheets then flatten them a little with your fingers.

Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and move the parchment with the cookies on top to a rack to cool. (They may crumble if you move them individually.)
