Ingredients
you can add more veggies or any veggies like bokchoy or petchay, lettuce, green chili, green onions, leeks, corn, bellpepper, string beans, baguio beans if you like. you can use any chicken parts that you like.
Directions
saute garlic, onion, ginger until fragrant, add chicken, cooked until chicken turns brown outside and the juices are starting to come out.

pour water, simmer for 30 mins, add potatoes, carrots, simmer for 15 mins until veggies are cooked.

season with fish sauce, boullion cubes, pepper

add the remaining leafy veggies, cooked until veggies are cooked enough. serve and enjoy.
