Kerry's Simple Turkey Chili

Ingredients
2 cans Kidney Beans-drained2 cans Tomatoes (no salt added) - not drained2 cans Tomato Paste1 19.2 oz. pkg. Ground TurkeyOnion, Garlic, Tabasco, and Cumin- all to taste
Directions
makes about 8 servings.

Add beans, tomatoes, tomato paste, and cumin to a pot and begin heating

Meanwhile, brown turkey with fresh or minced onion and garlic, and Tabasco sauce.

Add turkey to bean mixture and heat on low-medium until hot.

Serve alone or with cornbread

Can be cooked in crock-pot on low all day or in a pot on the stove in about 30 minutes.

I think the addition of lots of cumin gives this dish it's great smoky flavor. To make it thinner, leave out one can of tomato paste.
