Flax Banan nut muffins gluten free

Ingredients
1 and 1/2 cups gluten free flour3/4 cup bob's red mll organic flaxseed meal1 tsp. baking powder1 tsp . baking soda1/2 tsp. salt1/2 cup organic sunflower oil3/4 cup organic sugar1/4 cup soy milk2 eggs3 ripe bananas mashed1/4 cup sour cream1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Non-stick cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Stir well.
In a large bowl combine oil and sugar. Beat 1 minute. beat in eggs one at a time until well blended. Stir in mashed bananas and sour cream and soy milk. Stir in dry ingredients and pecans. Pour into muffin tin. Bake for 20 minutes.
