Spaghetti Squash & Tomato Italian Bake

Ingredients
Spaghetti Squash, cooked and spaghetti'd, 2-3 cupsShredded Mozzarella and Provolone Cheese, 3/4 cup Tomato, 1 medium sliced Turkey Pepperoni Slices, 32Ground Chicken (or Turkey), cooked and crumbled, 6 oz.Sea Salt, 1 tspItalian Seasoning, to tasteGarlic, to tasteOptional:Parmesan cheeseSpinachBasil
Directions
Serving Size: Makes 4 servings

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Spray a 8x8 casserole dish with non-stick spray.
3. Layer ingredients (making 3 layers).
- 1/3 of the spaghetti squash
- 1/3 of tomato slices
- Sprinkle some salt, Italian seasoning, garlic
- 1/3 of pepperoni
- 1/3 of ground chicken
- 1/3 of cheese
4. Bake for 30 min. uncovered
5. Slice into 4 - 4" slices and serve
