Spinach, fresh, 1 cup (remove) Kale, 1 cup, chopped (remove) Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove) Strawberries, fresh, 4 medium (1-1/4" dia) (remove) **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp (remove) *Simply Orange 100% Orange Juice - Grove Made (High Pulp), 8 oz (remove)
Directions
Put it all in a blender on high until it's well blended

Serving Size: Makes enough for two full Juice glass sized smoothies.
