1 lb Ground beef, low fat2 cans Dark red kidney beans2 cans Light red Kidney beans3 cans Petite diced Tomatoes1 large can Tomato juiceDiced garlic (about 3 cloves)1 White onionChili powder to tastePepper
Dice garlic and onions, in a large skillet brown ground beef, garlic, and onions. Add about half the chili powder to meat while it is cooking. Once thoroughly cooked transfer to crock pot or large soup pt. Add dark kidney beans, light kidney beans, diced tomatoes, and tomato juice. Bring to a boil and add the rest of the chili powder. Allow to simmer for 60 minutes.
