Cranberry - Applesauce Muffins

Ingredients
1/2 c Oatmeal, Old Fashioned1/2 c Rye Flour, light1/2 c Ground Flax Seed Meal.75 c Unsweetened Applesauce2 tsp Baking Powder1 tsp Baking Soda2/3 c Greek Yogurt, Plain Non-fat1/4 c Water, tap.6 oz Pine Nuts1/4 c Cranberries, dried Craisins1/8 tsp Gr. Cloves1/8 tsp Gr Nutmeg
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl. In a greased muffin pan, fill 3/4 full. Bake for 18 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Remove to wire rack to cool. Refrigerate or freeze.
