Pumpkin Seeds, 1.25 cup Butter, salted, 1.5 tbsp Salt, 1 dash Pepper, black, 1 dash
Set oven for 300 degrees F. Melt butter. Combine with salt and pepper. Coat pumpkin seeds with mixture. Spread evenly over nonstick baking tray. Place in oven for 25 minutes. Stir seeds, then bake for another 25 minutes
