Chicken curry salad / Kip Curry Salade

Ingredients
1 Chicken Breast, boneless and skinless 3 tbsp Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil (reduced fat)2 tsp Curry powder1 tsp Turmeric, ground,1 - 2 tbsp Fresh Chives, finely chopped
Directions
Rub the chicken breast with the curry and turmeric and cook in broth till very tender (ready to pull apart)
When pulled apart, mix with mayonaise and finely chopped fresh chives.


Serving Size: Yields enough for about 4 sandwiches
